Warm Winter Pause

As the winter season encourages us to slow down, Warm Winter Pause offers a cosy, candlelit space to do just that. We’ll ease into grounding breathwork, move gently into restorative poses while being supported by comforting bolsters and props. As our body and mind settle we’ll create space for a deeply nourishing warm Yoga Nidra.

This is your winter pause, a moment to soften, replenish and feel held. This afternoon is particularly beneficial for anyone needing time to rest, dealing with chronic pain, fatigue, menopause and stress. Restorative yoga is the antidote to stress, calming the nervous system and bringing balance back to your body and mind.

We’ll close the afternoon with warm refreshments and time to connect easing gently back into the evening. Spaces are limited to only 8 participants to ensure individual attention and the comfort of a small group.
