Earth Pigment Paint

Working with natural earth pigments, that I have sourced and made myself, fills my heart with joy and gratitude. One of my favourite things to do is to share that experience and knowledge with others.
On March 14th I am leading a workshop @clevedoncraftcentre when I shall be teaching not only how to make watercolour but also egg tempera and oil paint. We will use locally sourced ochres and earths about which you will learn their history and legends. It will be a very hands on experience, combining both making and painting. And it’s going to include some fun and playful painting too!
