We will move past the crossings themselves to discuss the invisible work: the technical drills\, the cold-adaptation protocols\, and the psychological discipline required to maintain a peak level of readiness for nine+ years. \nTim and Mark will discuss the mechanics of their partnership and how they built a training methodology that accounted for the physiological reality of the ocean.
